Wemby is the true MVP! the others can score, but we have seen this before, nothing new here. Wemby is the most dominant player of our lifetime! Wemby could average 50 points if he didn’t play defense like these other players. 😮. Basketball is two-sided, but folks don’t know hoops anymore. 👽
Wemby is far in defensive impact amongst the other 2 MVP candidates. You can't also take away his offensive impact. His gravity in offense is so valuable that Spurs enjoying 8 players averaging double digit scoring. If you know Spurs basketball, you would also know Wemby will never average 30+ pts in his career. Spurs jump from 13 seed team to championship contention in just a year. If Wemby is not your MVP. You don't know real basketball.

they don't need him to play 48 min to have even more impact than the free-throw merchant or Luka.
Wemby is absolutely right! If there's a DPOY (Defensive Player Of the Year), then the scoring champ should be the OPOY (Offensive Player Of the Year), NOT MVP.
To be MVP, you must be impactful on BOTH ends of the Court on a play-off bound teams. Tie breakers should then be front-runners teams vs each other record.
