There are levels here. South Carolina and SEC teams are fast and physical. You got to work hard and deep into shot clocks to get good looks. SoCal looked slow and like all they could do was shoot 3s against South Carolina's defense. How many deep passes over the top for layups can South Carolina get. It looked like rec ball with SoCal 's transition defense just jogging back.
Even with Juju 100%, this SoCal team has a long ways to go to match the physicality/speed of the elite teams like South Carolina, UCLA, Texas, and UConn.

USC will be good next year with JuJu, Jazzy, and the new recruits… but they gotta get a lot better with rebounding and with toughness on the defensive end if they wanna take that next step. Hope South Carolina wins it all.
