Sabonis, Monk and LaVine need to go at whatever price. They are all one-dimensional players who ruin any plans for a two-way team. Better: draft Mikel Brown Jr at pg, Aday Mara for rim protection, play DeRozan off the bench.
Would be absolutely catastrophic for an already rock bottom franchise.
Best plan is to try and tank starting first game of next season, since we are the worst at whatever we try and do, chances are we probably land the 6th seed, if we commit to tank mode, all next season.
I don't understand how Sabonis has no value to a contending team, he's one of the 2 best rebounders in the league, and the closest version of Jokic you'll find in this league, how in the hell does thst not have value?? Even with his contract…
