  1. Worst trade the Rockets made, we lost championship pedigree when we lost Horry and Cassel, players that had been in the trenches. Barkley was over the hill and with a bad back. Horry went on to win 5 more championships, and Cassel had one more chip in Boston but had a legendary career playing for the Nets, Bucks, Timberwolves, and Clippers.

  2. As a Rockets fan we agree. After Barkley came they could not longer beat the Jazz and missed the finals because of it

  3. You heard what he said he did not want to go to Houston stop with the super team

  4. ‪Barkley is contradicting himself. There are videos on YouTube from 1994 through 1996, where he either says he is going to retire or that he wants out of Phoenix — and preferably he wanted to get traded to a championship contender. Look it up.‬

  5. Rockets fan here, we do too Chuck….we do too. There’s a reason Chuck doesn’t have a ring, that I can tell ya. He got us by Seattle in 97 (they ‘were’ our nemesis) but who’s to say Clyde Horry and Cassell wouldn’t have beaten the Sonics?
But even outside of that matchup, Sam and Big Shot Rob would’ve gotten us another ring.
Love Chuck off the court, but again, he’s ringless for a reason.
