I would argue that Harry Glickman, the founding owner of the Blazers was "Low-Rich," and with a little help from the NBA draft and ABA dispersion draft, he did just fine.
I haven’t watch them all year. Waiting for new owner to clean house put his people in like he did with the hurricanes
The 7/8 seed is the WORST spot to be in the NBA. I'd rather get a higher draft pick than see my team get swept in the playoffs. I think the NBA just needs to extend the lottery down to the 7th and 8th seeds and flatten the odds even FURTHER. I'm sick of watching teams tanking(looking at you Brooklyn Nets) and maybe with these two changes it will change the current intentional tanking landscape of the NBA.
