Mat, why would the Kings give an honest opinion of who they love in the draft. I can only see doing that if you already know you have the number one pick.
I don't want to hear anything about their analysis and ideas on who they will pick. Perry needs to keep a tight lid on this because it allows him more leverage when the draft actually happens (the player they want, trades, or any other movement they see viable). In free agency, Scott was way too open and already put the Kings in a weaker position because teams knew where he stood. NOTHING should get out in their closed-door meeting and scouting, Scott! Be more professional and smart!!!
I wish list for this draft
1. AJ Dybantsa (Tracy McGrady comp)
2.Cameron Boozer
3. Caleb Wilson
4. Darius Acuff
5. Kingston Flemings
6. Nate Ament
7. Darryn Peterson
8. Mikel Brown Jr.
The highest-potential players I see in this draft who have that DAWG in them are AJ Dybantsa, Caleb Wilson, and Acuff, imo. Boozer is a solid player who makes everyone better. DP has incredible talent, but I don't see any Dawg in him. Kingston is a nice compliment player late in drafts.
