This isn't a mystery, spo has killed his enthusiasm. Look at his face and body language. It looks like he doesn't want to be on the heat anymore. I can't blame him.
In fairness to ware… the drop off came when Spo started messing with his minutes again.
Remember, he is still a young player and the coach should infuse confidence in him and not do things to take away from his confidence. That’s what coaching is all about
What we know for sure is without Jimmy, Bam & Spo will be a 10th seed. That’s what they were in 2019,2025, & now in 2026.
Cool record for Bam to be the only Captain in Heat history to have two consecutive seasons lower than the 8th seed since 2001. Impressive

I watched goat and I seen a character a giraffe 🦒 that was soo tall but all coaches expected him to do was catch rebounds and that made him lose his drive honestly I play ball I hate when taller guys tell me to just defend and rebound, u start to go out ur way to prove to them u can do more but even when u prove it they hold u back….. not saying it’s the same for Kal el but he knws he’s more than just a rebounder maybe he don’t wanna stick his neck out cause he thinks this team don’t got his back honestly I think spo is a bad coach and we’re gonna see that when ware gets traded and starts to flourish
Yes, Ware, is injured. If we're going to make excuses for Bam, then we have to make excuses foe Ware. And on top of that his own Coach hates him.
The coach isn't instilling any confidence in kelel. He doesn't seem to be encouraging the young man. Reminds me of Michael Beasley he wants them to be UD AND BAM and that is not them. Stop holding him to those standards.

spo is a BIG reason kelel hasn’t reached his potential in his early career. This dude was on the verge of averaging 13 and 11 in his second year and SPO like always decided to cut his role and his minutes bc other guys came back. Yes I agree he’s been very underwhelming as of late but that’s just a part of being a basketball player .
Spo should be demoted to point guard coach and let someone else run the team

I'm starting to think Ware doesn't have just a motor problem he doesn't anticipate and he's just not present. If you look at the reaction time between him and Wemby it's night and day. On 2 different occasions Wemby slammed the ball before Ware even made a move.

The ware situation isn’t surprising to me at all. He was dominating then Spo cut his minutes and role and demoted him in the midst of it. The kid already has motor issues now he starts hating his coach. Then his coach says one of the craziest things he’s ever said about anyone in a public presser about him. Spo has ruined ware this year and I don’t blame ware for not wanting to go out and being able to 110% it cuz even when he does he won’t play minutes

Let's keep it honest if ware was on any other team he would be a star. Spo got that young man more confused than spo looks on the sidelines every night. Tough love and changing a players style to fit your scheme always fails. You use tough love to get the player to conform . You let the player be who they are so that way the players skill set will enhance your scheme not to fit it. Furthermore ,Can we name one season where the heat has been the number one in the conference since he has been there post the big three era? Every year it's spo inability to find a starting five. Spos inability to coach up centers. He thinks they should rebound and set picks that's why his offense is piss poor. You have a five that can force teams to stretch you need to use him. Spo and pat fall in love with analytics to much . The numbers can lie but success is an absolute number that will never lie.lastly, bam and Tyler leadership is horrid . Players need to be held accountable starting with bam and herro. Herro is a six man in this league he don't play defense at all . Bam plays superstar like he is nervous or scared to be aggressive.

I dont know I feel like the last 2 months, whenever Ware Showed up with Blocks, Rebounds, Putbacks, and slams the next game Spo benches him, I imagine ware just not vibin inconsistancy. "HEAT HAVE ENOUGH" I feel like we have too many Combos happening with the team, I just hope Spo takes his bipolar medicine when it comes playins and goes with the tried and tested bam and ware start. herro OR powell off the bench, never both start / rarely play both at the same time. Play Fontecchio if he has a hot streak going, sub him out as soon as he cant hit the threes or drive. Let gardner be a dog and get the team hyped up with mitchell, take a detour if the jaquez highway is clogged up and give dru smith limited minutes where he gives 130%. Continue wigs as the quiet storm and get him where he shines best the playoffs. and let larsson get hit in the face (pretty sure our stats when he takes a heavy one) (and sorry tobes, all the AI hate rn, we gotta keep the serbian terminator on the bench until we out of the playins, maybe he can have a strus / martin rise of the machines arc depending who we get matched up with.)
