SOURCES: Kings Showing Interest in Arkansas Guard Darius Acuff Jr.

Wondering if either of you saw Flemings 42 point game. I would love to have either but let’s not imply Kingston can’t be a playmaker. Houston is not constructed in that way and yet he’s still an elite team player on both ends of the floor. I’m good with either. Both amazing players and amazing young men.
Flemings > Acuff
Acuff + Nique + Hunter + Murray + Sabonis. Is this not BeamTeam2.0? Why can’t Hunter be HB? Acuff outside shooting is better than Fox. Acuff passing is better than Dame. Max/Monk pick and roll off the bench. Throw in Carter + Plowden + Cardwell + Precious. Are we not deeper than the BeamTeam? Sabonis is a great Vet for Acuff, screens and passing. Westbrook would really mentor Acuff.
Las I checked Brunson don’t play defense either and he is all nba player

Couldn't go wrong with Acuff or Flemings. Acuff is probably a little better offensively, but I would give Flemings the edge defensively. Flemings has more talent around him, so Houston doesn't have to have monster games from Flemings to carry them.
Realistically, Flemings can be a good 2-way starting point guard averaging 17 and 8. Darius Acuff looks like he can be a number 1 option averaging 27 and 10, like Trae Young with better efficiency and a little less of a liability on defense. I'd take Acuff, because efficient number one options are the hardest thing to find in the NBA.
That's it…..if this team actually falls out of the top 3 or 4 in this draft because of these useless fxn wins they slurp all over themselves about… i am officially quitting the kings FOREVER. Good news for me is This might be my last year in fxn hell

NBA will rig the lottery whether Kings win or tank the rest of the way Im expecting pick 5-7 they would only let the Kings have the top pick if it was a weak draft

Acuff was the Team USA u18 MVP last summer, he’s been the mvp at every level he plays. He has that “it” factor at every level.
as a Heat fan in 2015 Heat promised Devin Booker they’ll take him and when Justise Winslow fell they decided to take Winslow instead. Sometimes ppl get too caught up in preseason rankings or projections. Nothing from this season would lead you to taking Peterson over Acuff.
Acuff, tough, playing through injuries, ah so not Peterson.
