Man I hate to be that guy, but just cause this team in the decade made two finals runs doesn't mean this current team has that ceiling. They may be better than their record shows, but they have clear problems that cannot be fixed without roster moves. There are games the Heat lose that any other team in their position would ride home with a victory comfortably or worry-free, including teams worse than them. Every team deals with "bad" or "ugly" losses, but those are supposed to be rare and surprising, not frequent. It's not normal to have as many second-half collapses after holding a huge lead like this team does, and Spo doesn't even seem to care at times that an "epic comeback" that should NOT be happening is taking place and let's them stink up the floor, yet some of the guys who DO make contributions that lead to winning get sat at any little inconvenience. How about sitting and publicly blasting the guys who are stinking up the joint and allowing those huge comebacks? Riley and Pop would do that, most coaches who are decorated do.
Miami didn't build their glory and decorated franchise with delusions, just "sneaking in," "culture," "liking their team," or somehow hoping their current guys can go on some miracle run/pipe dream: They did it off pragmatism and merit: There's not a single guy outside Bam on this roster I would take over Caron Butler or Lamar Odom, yet those guys were shipped out in a HEARTBEAT for Shaq and it was the right move.

I wonder what their numbers are in the clutch we've lost a lot of close games this season we don't have that guy who you can give the ball to in the clutch and he gets you a bucket yes Tyler and Nora can make shots but Tyler hasn't played much and he's turnover prone when it matters
