They need to focus on giving long minutes for underrated players like Coby white. And try giving LaMelo 30+ minutes a game he's the one who creates the plays and brings the ball down to score a bucket more efficient. The mentality on this game is crazy, rebounding over kat and shooting threes, they were in lead for like 20+ points in the third? They need to really work on their 4th quarter run. Their losing a big lead and their not getting back up, they finished with like 11 points lead that could have been 20+ or more. In the 4th quarter they're struggling to put up points and the Knicks are slowly cutting the lead, that's one blunder they are making, giving out on the fourth. They need the Same mentality until the end if they wanna beat other contenders. They need to maintain the same effort as they did in 1st quarter they need to get more defensive and more prior for plays. They won by 11 tonight but they could have won by 20 more if they didn't struggle to score in the 4th, the 4th quarter is honestly their weakness. Need to put up big playing time for LaMelo and Coby white. But they did great tonight, beating a 2nd seed contender.
If they continue to have the same mentality and connection to the entire team that's already a secured playoff and a champ contender
With a roster full of young players.
They are still learning but they already beat a lot of title contenders like Boston and okc they blew them out with 25+ points. And they beat Knicks and Houston by a double digit. And a win on spurs. So if y'all read this man, y'all need to focus on that mentality from the start, to the end. Keep getting defensive and showing effort for buckets. And y'all need to put Coby white and LaMelo more longer in the game than anyone else man. I'm telling y'all they are making a big impact with more minutes, since January 1st they have been a playoff team. The injuries just kept happening. But this new year they just avoided all them injuries and kept playing hard. I say y'all keep playing hard till the end and show that effort to get more big wins against big opponents.
