Mikal Bridges Career (630 games) and season stats and nearly identical…that is wild to see…he is what he is. He wasn't an All-star and isn't supposed to be for this team. Also his Win Shares is higher than last year…oh and he doesn't miss games and is unselfish as a highly efficient scorer and notable defender…

Wos buggin…Down on Parker who was an absolute problem and was clutch putting pressure on teams…Kyrie is better than Dame as a player…now leadership and personality. Dame didn't just play with bums…he was also a liability on defense that lead to some outcomes…Kyrie is overrated, but we've seen him in big games be a bit time player too and deeper into the playoffs. Same with Tony…we've seen him turn series and change games. Saying all that Dame is a hall of famer because the Hall of Fame is diluted to begin with. Also Tony Parker was #2 option with those Spurs teams…he was not 3rd or 4th…He wasn't in top 10 MVP voting as a 3rd/4th option…people are sleeping
What's bullshit about the 65 game rule is that the NBA made a punitive rule on the players because of organizational culture and decisions feeding the fan envy/perception that NBA players are lazy and undeserving of health and maintenance while also fans/media pushing narratives that the regular season doesn't mean anything. If you are injured you do even more physical work to get back on the court, so why should be penalized for doing more to get back for your team. The main guy that hurts the perception and gets a pass is Joel Embiid. His entire get down comes across as a guy that loafs and uses all his PTO. Maybe his body really is constantly failing, but because of hue he is and the NBA fan culture is based in envy and vitriolic it is easily covered as "these guys never play" rather than forcing teams to cut ticket prices for knowingly resting players to prep for playoffs or to tank for picks. Way easier for Adam and media to attack BLACK players…because when Jokic was hurt no one was rushing him. When Chandler Parsons and Gordon Heyward were constantly hurt people were so understanding and never questioned how much money they made. It is very much based in prejudice and lack of context. Having said that I respect the 65 games because you knew when you started the season the goal. Cade did what he was supposed to do….Nothing is stopping Pistons from putting a vest on him to protect his ribs/lungs and having him play reduced minutes to qualify. Pacers just did it with Haliburton. If this is the rule you can get it off and make it work for your benefit.
