The most comprehensive 2000 Portland Trail Blazers 2000 Playoffs highlight reel on YouTube. This team was super talented and very special to Rip City. Led by Scottie Pippen, Rasheed Wallace, Steve Smith and Damon Stoudamire, this squad played true team basketball and were 1 quarter away from defeating the mighty 67 win LA Lakers with a prime Shaquille O’Neal, toppling a dynasty before it even started. But all it took was a terrible shooting stretch and a historic career defining comeback by Shaq and the Lakers to vanquish Portland’s dreams in a matter of minutes. But as the years pass, Blazers fans should embrace and be thankful for this squad. They gave us hope. For that 2000 Playoffs run, we believed we had a squad that could actually win the title. Pippen was so good in his first season with the Blazers. He was the leader of that team.

Rasheed biggest issue was, he was ahead of his time. Me being a diehard Bulls fans, and still is, may I add. Was really invested into this team. I really wanted Pippen to win a ring w/o Jordan. What I learned watching this series & the Bulls vs Cavs 2015 ECSF, was it's an agenda on who wins. Refs wanted the more marketable LA team winning this series. Refs handed them Lakers teams this series and a series or 2, vs Kings. Bullshit

I’m 40 and was a bulls fan as a kid like most of the world probably because of Mike he retired and the bulls were really bad so I went with pip to Portland an started my 28 year fandom and 10000 percent the 2000 blazers should of beat the lakers that shit was rigged
