For all the talk about Kerr's inability to develop young players, Santos, Moody, Post and Podz seems to have progress considerably. Kerr's biggest deficiencies are…his strategy has not evolved, he continues to embrace small ball, he's too loyal to veterans at the expense of younger player's playing time. Has the NBA passed Steve Kerr? Yeah, probably. Does he need to go?? Maybe it is time for him to take time off and re-evaluate if he still has the passion for it.
