You'd think when you use first round draft picks on BIG MEN, you would have someone on the staff who could develop BIG MEN. The Heat have never done it. With Kel'el, it's not about motor, or competitive spirit, or whatever coachspeak is thrown out there. Why is Kel'el crouching and slowly uncoiling too late when smaller players make layups at will over him? You've had Kel'el TWO YEARS! He should have more minutes than almost anyone on the roster, while he's developing. Run some offense through him. Let him work in and around the paint to put pressure on other teams' defenses. And you know what? We would still be a play-in team. When it comes to big men (including Niko), our coaching staff are confidence killers.

Bam’s not a star. Tyler plays no defense. Wiggins is inconsistent. Norm is always injured. Coach doesn’t play his young guys enough. Just tank. Even if you do make the playoffs, you’re going to get stomped in the 1st round by WHOEVER.

Someone everyone in the organization is confident that they can build a pyramid with a spoon. We're not that special Pat. The way the Heat have allowed Erik Spoelstra to run this team into the ground is truly remarkable. This guy could have prime Michael Jordan, and Shaq and bench them for the Bam Adebayo’s and Dru Smith’s of the world. Just poor leadership, and horrible talent evaluation being unjustly rewarded.
