If Tessa Johnson and Ta'Niya Latson play like they did tonight against Uconn it's going to be a blood bath. Ta'Niya scores 3 freaking points? And Tessa was scoreless up until "garbage time". Dawn Staley should start Makeer in place of Ta'Niya or Tessa.

It's hard to get into the women's tourney when you have the same teams get into the final four. UCONN has been to the Final Four 25 times in 30 years, South Carolina 7 in 10 years. And with the way UCLA and Texas programs are going, more than likely they will also see repeat success as well. I don't blame Geno or Dawn one bit; they are tremendous coaches who have built dynasties, but if you continue to have the predictability of teams getting to the Final Four and with the amount of points these teams win by, it's hard to get behind the tourney.

when people advocated for NIL and the transfer portal, they were only focused on football, and in football it’s somehow doing its job among the P5 level creating some parity. those same people tune in for college basketball in February when the top teams are decided in December. i’m not too sure how you’re not going to have a near chalk final four every year now when not only was it already that way but these women have to stay extra years for the college experience and to help their families/expand wealth.

Stop putting TCU On the national stage they suck I want to be clear—this isn’t hate toward Texas Christian University at all. I’m actually a former student and still have a lot of respect for the university and people there and many of them know me personally. .
That said, I have an honest question for my friends and fellow supporters at the institution :
Why does TCU seem to struggle in the biggest moments on the national stage?
For example:
• The women’s team lost by 26 points to South Carolina in the Elite Eight 52-78
• The men’s team lost 58–81 to Duke in the Sweet 16
• The football team lost 65–7 to Georgia in the national championship (2021 -2022 season)
Is this just a coincidence and level-of-competition issue, or is there something deeper that needs to be addressed as a program?

The same 4 Final Four teams from last year. Different matchups. UConn was a better team last year with 2 losses. Somehow undefeated this season. UCLA lost a lot and reloaded. Texas beat UCLA and South Carolina on neutral sites. South Carolina is a lot better on offense this season. I can't call it. Should be a competitive Final Four
I love the ball movement on some of the fast breaks.
South Carolina started with very little intensity and was a bit nervous, but got settled in.. we can't start like this again.. it has to be everyone going for broke..
SC's strength is their depth. Any one of these ladies can go off on any given night. Plus, they feed off of eachother. If they all get HOT….watch out🔥🔥🔥

South carolina go through to many scoring droughts to beat Connecticut- edwards,okut,latson are all ball hogs – force to many shots- edwards n okut will literally have 3 players surround them n still force the shot up- thats not smart basketball, just my observation

Makeer is a Problem and a Freshman .Edwards is a certified Star.
The guard play of Latson and Tessa is Fearless. That other guard is so so Underrated and is the KEY to this team winning this 🏆. Miss Dawn Stayley consistently out coaches her opponent,no surprise there.

TCU, welcome to reality.
All four #1 seeds this year, made the final 4. it is definitely going to be a show of the very best. I think it will be Texas and S Carolina in the finals. But all 4 teams are very good & capable of winning it all.
Olivia Miles is overrated. 23 year old Miles got completely dominated by 19 year old Makeer as soon as she got in on both offense and defense. Completely bodied.
