Last season when Caitlin was injured, Kelsey was second in the league in scoring. They made a deeper playoff run than the year before, and Kelsey had the most steals EVER in a playoff game. Every team needs a core 3, and the Fever has that. Sophie signed a one year contract, and with the new CBA, and she being in the league for so many years, she is not worth the money the Fever will have to pay her.
HMMM. She says that knowing that unless it is a one year deal CC herself won't get the max deal. I wonder if she cares more about winning and playing with who she likes than a couple of hundred thousand dollars in salary? HOW MANY TIMES have I said this could be true but get blasted for that?
Because CC is making so much from endorsements she should sign a 3 year non- max contract next year to retain Boston and Mitchell. This will give her the championships she wants which will in turn boost her brand deals. It's a win win. Of course everyone in the WNBA will hate her for it, but phukem. 😛
The smart move would be to Trade KM for a couple first round draft picks because the Fever can’t pay KM, CC and Boston all super max deals. Ones got to go and it’s gotta be KM and after you do that you’ll have more money to spend on team depth and maybe resign Lexie Hull and Sophie Cunningham

Had she not been mauled and got the shot off, they could have one that game. But the refs let it go, when the ANNOUNCERS counted off all four fouls!! You can't win if the refs are paid to make you lose =/
