I pull leg muscles on my bed at times and it hurts a lot but the pain goes away and there after it effected my walking. But the ailment goes away thereafter.
Hopefully McBride and Shamet both return at 100% healthy.

Groin area is where the pain occurs with Inguinal Hernia. The intestine pushes on a nerve that connects your groin along with other areas. The mesh inserted needs to take more time to mold to his tissue to close the hole. He came back fast, and im sure the mesh shifted around. Im a year after my surgery and I'm still hesitant on getting in shape let alone basketball. They rushed him…smh.

If that minor fall aggravated the injury, he isn't ready to return. If that pain continues he should be shut down. Why risk hurting him more. Yes he helps us but I dont want to see him risk his career. Right now I am more concerned with Shamet. So injury prone and we need his defense, shooting and size at his position.
He's out and should remain out until healthy. Nothing new here

Troy, I couldn’t agree with you more on taking a conservative approach with injuries. How many great players had their ceiling permanently reduced by medical staffs and coaches who were too eager to get their star back in the game?
I rather want Deuce 100% healthy. Sit him.
I am open to trading the Nova Knicks as a package to recup those draft picks given up for Bridges.
I rather build around Towns, OG, Mitch and Deuce with the young guys and future picks.
