  1. IMHO people who use religion as an excuse to hate probably had hate in their heart all along. Also, for the people crying "free speech", he had his freedom of speech, the government didn't censor him, an NBA team didn't want to be associated with hate mongering so they let him go. If I went on a similar rant in public or at my office I would fully expect to get fired as well.

  2. I don’t get it everyone is entitled to their own opinion even if you disagree it’s like u say ANYTHING about LGBTQ your wrong this is new Generation everyone has been raised different everyone don’t agree with it and it’s ok you can’t tell people how they should feel or how to raise their kids

  3. It's really ironic that an African American man who knows what it's like to be treated and looked at differently decides to do the exact same thing to another group of people. It's really dumbfounding and nonsensical. He as a black man should know better than that but he doesn't. Sometimes, one has to use common sense. In the corporate or office world or really any employer out there, if an employee posts an IG or TikTok or FB video saying these types of things, they would be fired as soon as it gets reported to the company's HR dept or to the employee's supervisor. So, this is really no different. Ivey can say whatever he wants to say but there are consequences to those actions. The NBA wants to consider itself as an all inclusive entity so if one of their representatives is deviating from all inclusivity, then action has to be taken. The Bulls for all their ineptitude did make the right decision here but it calls into question whether AKME did enough vetting before bringing in Ivey in the Huerter deal b/c he was outspoken in Detroit as well but maybe not to this degree or level. As for Ivey himself, it sounds like he is very misinformed, potentially has some hate for the LGBTQ community, and has become the bigot that I am sure he would be offended by if someone acted in a bigoted way towards him b/c of his skin color. He needs help, he needs counseling, and he needs the people around him to take his phone away and be real with the guy. Also, calling Steph Curry a fake Christian b/c he doesn't agree with his choices/decisions is an additional bad look. Ivey appears to be headed down a bad road and hopefully those closest to him can intervene before he causes any more harm to himself or his brand. No NBA team is going to touch him for the time being

  4. Interesting that the same accusations of being mentally unstable are not used when talking about other players committing multiple felonies. Yet they use them to describe a man expressing his faith.

  5. If Jaden Ivey had robbed someone they wouldn't cut him but how dare he have a problem promoting an issue that involves 3% of the Population that he disagrees with? The Bulls are a complete JOKE & I wish someone like Jordan would have the courage to weigh in on this. Also pro LGBTQ is actually Anti Chiristain so why are we even acting like anyone has to conform to others beliefs at all? Why can't people just believe in what they want? You are fr4ee & actually praised if you cheer on something only 3% of the population participates in. Its completely UPSIDE DOWN!

  6. We are not a country of free speech. Why does Ivey need mental health help? We can't have disagreements in ideologies anymore because someone might get offended.
