Jaden Ivey recorded a rambling 34-minute tirade in response to his abrupt release from the Chicago Bulls over his anti-LGBTQ+ comments. The injured 24-year-old NBA guard recorded himself boarding an airplane after being released for what the Bulls called ‘conduct detrimental to the team’ on Monday. Earlier in the day, Ivey recorded a similarly rambling video chastising the NBA for supporting the LGBTQ+ community. ‘They said your conduct is detrimental to the team,’ Ivey said in the self-shot Instagram clip as boarding announcements can be heard in the background. ‘I haven’t been with the team. He could’ve been ranting about any group. It didn’t have to do with the fact that he was talking badly about gay people. The issue is that he chose a group of people and ranted and said some pretty horrible things. The NBA would’ve handled it if he had granted about white people Black people any group of people he just happened to pick gay people as his target.

When that team was in Oakland , they had a Christian coach named Mark Jackson who allegedly made some similar remarks about gays that people in the organization didn’t like. He was fired and black balled from coaching anyplace else in the league. It’s been almost 15 years since Mark last coached ! As a result Steph knows first hand not to say anything even though he is a Christian. Not if he wants to keep everything he has. Jaden Ivey is in trouble and since he isn’t a star , he is expendable. Especially since he isn’t groveling and apologizing. He may have played his last NBA game to be honest.
