Miami Heat Outclassed By Celtics Again | This Rivalry Has Never Been More Dead

Tobin recaps the Miami Heat 147 to 129 loss to the Celtics. It was a crazy night of scoring by Boston but you can only marvel at the Heat proving Erik Spoelstra right. The head coach said Boston doesn’t look at Miami as a threat. Why would they? They have made all the right moves and made no excuses while the Heat are stuck in the play-in talking about who else is to blame for it.

  1. Was it not over after they smashed us 4-1? Would a meaningless regular season win change ur mind?

  2. Boston’s 53 point quarter was the 2nd highest amount of points scored in a quarter in the shot clock era. The record was 54 points which happened in 1970.

Back on Friday the Heat broke the record for the most points given up in franchise history to the Cavs ( 149 points )

    Unfortunately no April Fool’s joke

  3. Buhahaha😂😂😂 Rivalry?! Completely different teams… Plus thats when himmy butler lead the team and he owned all those Celtic players

  4. yeah. Hasn't been a rivalry since Jimmy left. In order for it to be a rivalry, you have to actually win some games vs the other team. For instance, although I've always hated the Eagles as a Giants fan, I haven't really viewed it as a rivalry in recent years because we never beat them lmao. I don't think the Eagles view the Giants as a legitimate threat. I don't think the Celtics see the Heat as a legitimate threat. Hell, probably most Heat fans don't see the Heat as a legitimate threat. Still hate Boston of course, but you can't call it a rivalry at this point. Boston clearly a level above

  5. Said this yesterday. Miami's only advantage was to play big, against a smaller boston. But spo noticed that vuc was out for them and played small. And their small team is way better than miamis. If Miami would have played big they couldve slowed the game down, and drew fouls and forced boston to play out of position to match up while they were short handed. Spo has lost his touch, and does not draw up advantages for the heat to capitalize on in match ups. Instead he consistently plays to other teams strengths when there is already a talent disparity.

  6. Let's be real tobes our rivalry with those damn leprechauns died when Jimmy left the team. If the front office don't blow up this team in the off-season then you already know this team will be living in NBA purgatory for the next 3 to 5 years, or at least until the tickets attendance drops off a cliff. 💯😆

  7. Coach Spo changed the offense to "pace and space" this year, maybe next year he'll change and stop with this small ball foolishness

  8. Boston loves getting up for the Heat. Strong disdain for them for ruining many of their title chances

  9. TOBIN/UNTIL PAT RILEY RETIRES FRONT OFFICE CHANGES. IT’S GONNA BE THE SAME SHIT EVERY FUCKING YEAR. PAT RILEY HAS TO GO CHANGES IN THE FRONT OFFICE CHANGES WITH THE COACHING STAFF HAS TO HAPPEN. IT’S NOT THE PLAYERS IT’S THE FRONT OFFICE IN THE COACHING STAFF NEEDS TO BE UPDATED BIG TIME.

  10. Bc we suck Tobin, are you still asleep on the wheel. This team has no direction and is probably the worst Miami Heat team I have ever seen 😡

  11. Miami heat plan this offeseason: “Please Giannis leave your 11 seed team and join our 10 seed team! 🙏”

  12. Bam is 29. We only have 2 more years of pretending Bam is good. Thank you Jesus!

  14. Miami he can never win with Tyler hero
I watched some score every time in the first quarter on Tyler hero just switching off in each person is taking him to the hoop

  15. Tyler hero could score but he's not a two-way player
You have to bring him off the bench you just have to or you can't win
It's too hard on Miami's defense when Tyler heroes in the game

  16. Once again, the Heat reverted to their ole defensive ways in tonight's game. Tatum and Brown really had their way with the Heat. Knowing how inconsistent the Heat are, I have a feeling that they will once tease Tobes and the fanbase in the next game.

  17. Earlier in the season the problems were too many turnovers, giving up too many offensive rebounds, and an inability to make threes. But now the new problem is these mf’s can’t guard a fucking traffic cone. It always something with this damn team

  18. I really don't feel nothing anymore when the Heat win or lose. We know they are mid and won't amount to nothing in the Play-in and Playoffs if they get there so what's the point of caring at this stage of the season. All Heat fans should be annoyed and frustrated by another season of the same BS

  19. And….Herro came back to earth on defense. Shooting 33% from the field. He’s just useless when his shot isn’t falling. It’s time to get Bam some real help

  20. Miami has two options every time they play top tier teams. They either make history, or get history made against them

  21. Iam starting the SPO GOTTA GOOO!! CAMPAIGN!! TIME FOR CHANGE IN MANGEMENT AND ADJUSTMENT TO THE ROSTER!! LET'S GOO HEAT NATION 🔥🔥🔥💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽

  22. The rivalry was extended because of Jimmy…a real star that could actually go toe-to-toe with the best of the best

  23. THE RIVALRY IS GONE WHEN BUTLER LEFT THE TEAM…. THE REST OF THOSE CORE GUYS NOW ARE RELIABLE PLAY-IN KINGS🗑️

  24. Riley and Co are just inferior. Heat don’t lose against good teams, they get crapped on. They have become a joke.
