@melz I don't see anything wrong with that comment, he is just being real. He wants to be here but it's true any player can be traded at any time…We need to keep Z he has changed his game to be what the team needs and what the coaches want from him..I think we need to get off the trade Z talk it's not going to happen. Real talk trade for who? Who is available that will make this team better, than what Z is doing now.
Not reading too much into this, as it is a business after all. The positives for Zion are all good: health, his role, ie playing time and fit with the team. Rookies will continue to develop, and the center issue needs to be addressed (Hunter Dickinson?). Barring health issues, we may have a solid playoff team next year! ⚜️
I don't think they have invested enough to develop zion. His dribbling skills should be worked on constantly and his three point shot. Imagine if teams felt the need to run him off the line. That would open a lane straight to the rim every time. They could've triple team him. Also notice we have one of the only players in the league that needs to be triple teamed. It's coaching! Cause there's no way teams have to triple team a player and there's not always a player with a open shot. Just saying.

Well I told you since last year they been trying to trade Zion …nobody wanted him he has only played 1 full season in 6 years …just 1 the rest he came in out of shape or injured…so they told him we need you to play 1 full season so we can trade you. I already knew when he played the full season he would be gone …Mrs Benson been wanted him off the team. He was a bust all the way. 150 million for how many games. He was screwing them so bad they had to restructure his contract and put weight clause and stuff like that

Ima say this to Im blue in the face. Pels need to trade Zion, why? Because hes not a true freaking number 1 option. Simple. Too passive, limited offensive game and needs the stars too align to be effective. Stop just looking at numbers and saying "Hey hes averaging 20 points on good shooting percentage" Ok cool. Hes still abysmal on defense, hasnt shown a "Put the team on my back" trait and is too passive at times. Hes going to get paid number 1 option money and is NOT a true number one option. Im sick of this. I cheer hard for this Pels team but its hard when you know for sure we dont have that guy in the building. Freaking irritating
I dont understand why it is an issue. You have to understand that he wants to be here. The city and the fans wants him here. It's a business and like he said, he has no control of his career. This man is being played by the people who juggle him as bait for other players. Anthony Davis and Chris Paul both left because they wanted to he traded. He talk about them being good players yet they left. I am not a fan of either of them anymore. New Orleans is a small market and we dont get Shaquille, Kobe, LeBron or Kevin here. "F" them articles and those analyst. This man just said he wants to be here and this organization allows rumors to exist. James Borrego is a joke too. "F" Joe Dumars and his team.
Zion has such a unique skill that he's mastered. If he wants to stay here, I'd say keep him. Let's see how a good coach uses Zion talent.
what is wrong with this comment? It's a perfectly realistic statement about his situation. He said he wants to stay, ok, he wants to stay. We absolutely over analyse every word that is ever said to try and find its hidden meaning. its a little silly.
You keep saying that they are stuck with zion they are not stuck they don't have a choice you take him off the team and they will be in the same situation that they are in for years to come it's not like they are scaring anyone without zion
