Getting into the lottery doest gaurantee you will pick a franchise altering player. Wiggins and Ayton where both taken number 1 in their respective drafts. Furthermore look at this years allstars and when they where taken in their respective drafts. Sure you'll have #1 overall selections like Edward's and James but you also have selections later in the 1st round and joker selected in the 2nd round. So you may try to suck for a year or two to have a chance at a franchise guy all the while wasting away Bams prime. I think the Heat are better off bringing in a true number 1 option be it Leanard or Giannis and try to win a chip now then trying to land a Anthony Edward who still hasn't won a ring.

1. I understand the motor concerns when it comes to Ware but you HAVE to play him next to Bam. Spo kills the confidence of young players in the league. Ware is too talented to be getting the short end of the stick like this! 7ft a lob threat and can knock down the three ball at a high clip! Like what are we doing? He provides rim protection which could allow bam to roam on defense. Spo is ridiculous!
2. The front office deserves to be fried as well. Paying Jovic without any evidence that his game could translate is criminal! Trading Precious (our backup big) is wild too. Bam should demand help at this point. We damn there need a front office and coaching change. Andy and Nick time been expired.
