Spo always seems to think if something worked in the last game, he’s going to do it again the following game. Yes, our defense is horrid but I also think the Spo has lost the team. He’s preaching on deaf ears.

Celtics are so good and well coached that they gave up Anfernee Simons a proven scorer. They weren't desperate, and they didn't fall in love with him. The Celtics are a well oiled machine. The Heat for over a decade have a stubborn coach that depends on small ball so much and will not move off of it despite the fact that we look riduclous against big lineups. Spo spent a decade drilling into players that scoring doesn't matter as long as you do the little things.
I been saying for years now that the Mickey should go to the Commisioner and let him know that they are going after Brad Stevens. Make him the highest paid gm in the NBA. Stevens doesn't fall in love with players, doesn't care about the narrative, and knows when to move on from coaches, and players. He's a winner, and Riley is not. Pure and Simple. Riley wanted Lebron to take a discount and ran him out of town. Stevens maxed out Tatum and Brown. When the Heat lost Dame to the Bucks Stevens swooped in and picked up Holiday from the Blazers and won a chip.
Pritchard makes 8 mil a year and doesn't start. Herro is unavailable and wants max money. Jovic is set to make 16 mil a year for the next 4 years and doesn't play. Celtics don't overpay. They don't overvalue role players.
Love JJJ but he is useless against big lineups and will keep us forever stuck in Spo's miserable small ball. If Jovic is worth 16 mil a year to Riley what will he pay JJJ and Larsson? Riley will be to scared to get rid of them and have to overpay them and will keep us in the playin until Bam demands a trade (which he will do). He will end up in Las Vegas, OKC or Spurs and we will get nothing in return. Believe it.
