The Sixers defeat the Timberwolves 115-103. Just an overall impressive win against a really good defense. The first half was ugly but the Sixers came alive in the 3rd quarter with 42 points. Paul George had another awesome game with 23 points, 6 rebounds, 6 assists, 3 steals, and 1 block. He is finally looking like the version of himself that the Sixers signed two years ago. Kelly Oubre hit 3 clutch threes in the 4th quarter to seal the game. Joel Embiid was horrible in the first half but erupted in the 3rd quarter for 13 points and finished with 19 points, 13 rebounds, 7 assists, and 3 blocks. Tyrese Maxey had 17 points in the 3rd quarter and finished with 21 points total to go along with 8 assists, 6 rebounds, and 2 blocks. The Sixers finally played great team defense and locked up Anthony Edwards all game long. The Sixers are dangerous when they play like this. 5 games to go.
