Lakers Cheeks Got CLAPPED Off The Bone By The Thunder

Lakers were completely ANNIHILATED by the Oklahoma City Thunder. This was a truly garbage game played by the Lakers and a reality check that they aren’t on nor have they ever been on the Thunder’s level and cannot beat them in a 7 game series.

  1. "Scummy YouTubers will find a way to stretch this into an 8 minute video". Next video up in my queue: Skap Attack with an almost 8 and half minute video. Commish knows.

  2. really interesting the way that 65 game rule is playing out. Now Antman and Luka might not be available for awards? But hey, they get no sympathy from me. You want to complain, point the finger at the people who allowed load management to become a thing. Anyways, it felt vindicating seeing how that game went because it was what we'd been saying the whole time, that the Lakers ain't close to a contender. And if Luka is out, or unable to be as effective? Then they're REALLY fucked. They weren't a guarantee to get out of the first round even with Luka dropping 40. We all know hamstrings can be tricky. And if I'm Luka, I'm not feeling particularly obligated to rush back for the sake of LeBron James and Klutch Sports

  3. Saying that LeBron had been playing like this for a decade is a nasty stretch. He was probably still the best player in the league in 2019 before the groin injury, the man averaged 25 n 10 the following year and was averaging 30ppg at 37๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚

  4. Remember when AR got a reboundโ€ฆ LeBron James and everybody else had a hissy fit because it shouldโ€™ve been LeBron James rebound?!?!

Now complaining about Laker players not getting rebounds .๐Ÿคทโ€โ™‚๏ธ

I have never seen a team chemistry that is this toxic.

  5. They put Brony in in the second quarter (first?) and he had 3 TOs in a row. Head Podcaster JJ basically waved the white flag right there.

Lakers were down by 20 or something at end of first quarter and that was already with them getting gifted 10 FTs. Lakers and Luka cannot win without flopping, traveling, whining incessantly to the refs and the absolute irrationally dumbest thing in all pro sports "drawing contact" (the offensive player deliberately jumping into the defensive player and somehow it's a foul on the defensive player is purely anti-competitive and punishes players/teams for just trying to play active defense). Without all that game-breaking anti-competitive manipulation Luka is a decently talented 2nd or 3rd option and the Lakers a basement team like they were feeding on recently.

Problem is they met the other team OKC and other star player (SGA) who the league also allows to manipulate the game in the same way. But that other team is also far better all around anyways. Though nowhere near as historically dominant as they appear in this era. Any other era where the game was properly officiated and balanced this OKC team is an upper mid-tier, 1st/2nd round exit team and SGA a talented but sloppy underperformer who gets dominated by the stars with better, more precise handles and footwork.

And LeBron's "longevity" is cheating. He's juicing heavily. Longevity stat-padding undermines the very legitimacy of using stats as a measure of a player. Hanging around for years extra while slamming HGH in your butt cheek just to build up more stats than anyone else is not greatness. It's meaningless and the height of narcissism and putting your own vanity over the legitimacy of the record of the game's history itself.
