Memphis is a shithole! I’m 50-60 miles from there and used to stay on weekends up there to party but it’s too dangerous to even visit anymore. We don’t go to any events at forum anymore or at autozone park so no basketball concerts or red birds baseball anymore. It’s just too dangerous. If you’ve been to Beale st once, you’ve seen it. Memphis n May in the late 90s early 2000s best party n food anywhere n the world, well that’s been ruined.

If you ain't been to Memphis… listen. Memphis went down hill due to the people and the lifestyle because it was run and gun back in the early 1990 with the pyramid now a Bass pro shop to 2015 then the ratchet ghetto influence through their music scene sent all the beauty about the city to trash, including businesses like hotels,night life, restaurants, etc. Memphis folks are considered BELOW the mountain people in East Tennessee and those folks are moonshine making, niece dating hillbillies! Memphis folks Examples: Pooh sheisty and his dad and 5 other dudes robbing and kidnapping Gucci Mane and his off duty cop security down in texas and took a greyhound back to Memphis,and ole boy smoked young Dolph for $800 bucks at the cookie shop in Memphis. Can't trust none of them citizens. They are river rats!!!
Nashville is the country music capital, 5 major colleges,and straight bread from Murfreesboro to the north to Chattanooga to the south! Black people have Cessna 2 seater airplanes and their OWN HANGAR on their property! Memphis is like that raggedy, mouthy,super bad ass cousin always stealing and lying. Ask anyone from Tennessee… "what's the largest city in Mississippi?" With a straight face they'll say…. "MEMPHIS".

LeBron said nothing bad about the people of Memphis. He merely expressed his perspective as an NBA player visiting Memphis, he found activities very limited. I am happy that LeBron has put the spotlight on Memphis; maybe something wonderful will happen as a result of his comments. Perhaps the Grizzlies (and local politicians) will start investing more in the city and the people of Memphis. How wonderful would that be! Too often, these teams come into a city where they don't have to pay taxes or limited taxes, and they take, but don't invest in the city!
