Vegas predicts DISASTER for the Toronto Raptors
The Toronto Raptors have been sputtering of late, falling from 2nd in the east to 7th, with every single team above them getting healthy and playing well. Meanwhile the Raptors are showing immaturity and inexperience, playing with their food, and generally walking into the playoffs playing abysmal basketball.
Scottie Barnes, after a CRAZY run which ended in Orlando has put up 3 stinkers in a row as he battles a plethora of injuries, and again, if the Raptors stay locked into a play-in spot, there’s probably some part of those +40100 odds that are factoring the Raptors losing both matchups in the play-in tourney.

Miami not playing great ball rob
The raptors have the least talent in the east out of the top 10 teams. If this team was legitimate, Scottie would have been able to sit out more. They were trying to completely ride Scottie into the playoffs and then lose there, which is a recipe for disaster imo.
The Raptors have achieved their primary objective for this year by becoming a winning franchise again. Anything else is a bonus. If Scottie is to become a lead guard, he MUST develop a reliable 3-point shot, at or very near 40%. It’s the only way he can get enough gravity to open gaps in the opposition defence that he can exploit. He can do it and I believe he will do it. This summer will be vital in determining what kind of player he is going forward.
Best case Ontario is we go 3-2 in these last 5 and we lock in the 6th spot. For this to happen, we NEED the 76ers to go 2-3 in their last 5 games. 76ers won their series with us this season so if they tie our record, they get the 6th spot….We'll see what happens.

Rob, like you said, a lot of Raptors fans are smart (esp the ones watching your channel). We're not delusional like other fan bases. When we know the structure of our team doesn't make sense , we're going to treat it like what it is… which is, we're gonna get sweapt in the playoffs (if we make it).
Scottie at pg needs a player like AD or Duren. Physical outlier traits that naturally bend defenses. Embiid demands a double team the moment he steps on the court. If Scottie isnt bending it the guys around him need to bend it. Magic had outliers all around him
