2:25 having the worst record isnt always about getting the number 1 pick, but it also a factor of how far said team can drop. Worst team can't drop pass 5th pick. So using last years draft, being worst (Jazz) and second worst (Wizards) is the difference between landing Ace at 5 and Tre at 6.
Honestly the odds of getting the steal of the draft in back to back years (which we did) has to be lesser odds than winning the lottery, so when we fall in the lottery in May this will be what I will tell myself to make it better 😂
WE DO NOT WANT THE WORST RECORD. Worst record never gets #1 . We don’t want the pressure of “blowing” the #1 pick either. Like we Take Dybantsa and Peterson is the Next Kobe for example. Can’t fail if you get the #2-3 pick
