Doc is the most overrated coach in NBA history who seemingly has had some of the best NBA talent but only managed to win one title. Why this dude is allowed to get an instant coaching gig year-after-year despite his many failures is just astonishing.

Imma be honest as a 76ers fan, I don't think Doc is a bad coach. I think he's a very good coach, he'll take a team that's bad and make them better. However, with teams that are great, he isn't great enough as a coach to make those in game playoff adjustments.
I think he'd be one of the best assistant coaches in the league. He's got a great personality, he's great with most players he coaches, and he does have high basketball knowledge.
I just think him in the primary spot as decision maker in clutch time doesn't work best with a team like the 76ers.
