After the big three of Kevin Durant, Kyrie Irving, and Ben Simmons got their run in the first preseason game against the 76ers, the Nets gave a look at some other players who are fighting to make the team. For the fans that were "moaning and complaining" after the Nets abysmal performance against the 76ers will be considered "dragging" them.
The Nets sophomores (DDJ, Cam, Edwards, Sharpe, and Gray) just need developing. Send them to the Long Island Nets and give them tons of PT.
The sophomores are not ready. If Cam Thomas is not scoring he's doing NOTHING. Sumner makes DDJ obsolete, and Yuta looks more versatile and fluid on both ends than Kessler. Sharpe is not ready either.
I have to see more of Sumner and Watanabe before I'm sold on them.
Hopefully, Whiteside is scooped up as a stop gap until something better come along. He rebounds, defend, and score a little. Claxton isn't going to be enough. If we continue to hesitate on signing him, some other team will.
I agree man everyone needs to relax & like dude it's a reason those people aren't GM's 🤣 we'll be fine . Only thing I'm concerned about is our backup big, I mean I like dayron I just need to see more & I also feel like he needs to calm down trust his skill set & go and play freely
It's Obvious to anyone that watched the game between the Nets and the 76ers that perimeter defense, rebounding, and turnovers are our weakness. It's like a carryover from last season. I don't think that's going to be an easy fix with the roster and head coach we have now.

I like cam but Im not saying this because I do, but I disagree with the he has to shoot 3's look at jimmy b , DeMar DeRozan etc . Cam attacks & gets to the basket 🤷🏾♂️
I agree with you're take on kess tho I like him to develop but he just doesn't seem like he's ready yet
they are too skinny of a team. yes they need a 5 that can space the floor. morris is not the answer

Durant is actually that dude. He will come to play when it counts this season. If we can make it to the post season healthy, watch out for Durant this year
Nash needs to actually PLAY these fellas. Especially those that have size. He should have learned from Milwaukee and Boston . SMALL BALL WESTERN style will get you sent packing Early in the playoffs. This Is The EAST
Edmond and Yuta deserve to be in the rotation.
