Yeah this Lebron guy is pretty good but I’m here for Russ and Bev’s excellent adventure.

You just lost to a team that lost to the Adelaide 36ers

  3. HSPumbloom

so 36ers > lakers is what I’m gathering here

  4. kingofnick

With this, the Lakers fall to the bottom of the NBL standings

  5. SwishBreak

Both of these teams have a laughably bad bench

  6. At some point the Suns just decided they’d never lose to the Lakers again lol, even in meaningless preseason games

  7. alex_zz9

Surprised with the defensive effort the lakers are playing with

  8. Stingerr

By the transitive property, this means the Lakers are worse than the 36ers

  9. Sitrous1

Lakers can’t beat a team who lost to the Adelaide 36ers lolz

People are going to clown on them anyways

hope Cam Johnson is fine, that really sucks for him

AD sat out today due to back tightness, and Cam Johnson and Cam Payne both left the game early due to finger injuries.

The third stringers gave us an entertaining, but maybe a little sloppy, end to the game.

It’s been 496 days since the Lakers beat the Suns.

If you include preseason, regular season, and playoffs, the Suns have won 10 straight games vs LAL. W/o preseason, still 7 straight dubs

  14. Booker bout to post the “Cleveland!! This is for you!!!” video on his IG story

Our rotation looks much more solid defensively than last year, Ham actually runs offensive sets that engage ball movement when last year it was run the clock and throw some bullshit every possession. I know we still lost but in terms of small sample size for the dudes who will see regular season minutes giving me hope I can’t ask for more.

3rd string bums were 3rd string bums and couldn’t buy a shot. Either way I’m feeling more excited over Lakers basketball than I’ve felt in a year.

does this mean LAL gets relegated to Australia instead of us

  17. jacko1998

Starters looked good, should be competitive once rotations are set

  18. garria100

Lakers looked pretty good with there actual rotation players

  19. Instnthottakes

I wonder if Sun’s fans will still be talking about Australian basketball all the way to the trade deadline.

The seriousness that Pat Bev took the CP matchup in this pointless pre-season game had me sent lol

  21. Statistically bad, but just watching the game, Russ looks way more comfortable here than 90% of the games he played last season, preseason included. Still needs to make the makeable layups, I only saw one, maybe two shots that no one would want to him to take.

  22. 36ers > Suns. Suns > Lakers. Therefore, 36ers > Lakers

  23. jayelecfan

Suns playing their starters against our bench players lmao

  24. Vallerie_09

Dear Darvin Ham, the game was good but your last ATO really sucked and was stupid af

At the end of the day, Lebron still gotta wake up and be teammates with Russell Westbrook. All of the spacing and health issues he had when he woke up the day before, he’s still gotta face them.

  26. BigDeaso93

Did the Lakers really score 2 points in the fourth? Like I know its deep bench at that point, but two points in a quarter is rough.

  27. HotdogIsaSandwitch

Monty has gotta figure out how to reconcile things with Ayton. Can’t keep having this vibe through the season.

  28. YoungEmperorLBJ

If the Suns play like they did in the first three quarters in the regular season, they are lucky to end up in the play-in.
