He is a vet on the team and poole is a rook/youngun upcoming to be mentored properly… Due to his ego shit he has messed up the team culture, and violated the principles the team is trying to build… The impact on poole and his family is traumatic, and the public taunting you have subjected this young man for life can't be ignored… Draymond needs to go, so that Poole and the other younguns can learn they are protected and in a safe environment..That is workplace health and safety / workplace violence issue… Also Draymond has endangered himself and his family too based on his ego dumbshit…
Draymond role is to facilitate the next transition, and he failed miserably…. If poole was chirping, you supposed to pull him aside and said youngun that's not the way right now, save the tongue for later…

The way he even spoke about Jordan's family was disgusting to me. Certain places you don't allow yourself to go. I was reading the comments on the press conference video and the amount of people buying what he said really had me twisted. 😏

I'm torn on this one. I'm not all that bothered by what Draymond did because I imagine JP is one of these yappy young dudes that thinks he knows it all. On the other hand, I'll not watch another Will Smith movie after he slapped the sh!t out of Chris Rock. I get that I am completely inconsistent here, but it doesn't change the way I feel about it. I think this is a reflection of how we are all imperfect beings just doing the best we can to get ahead.

That is what needed to be said. Great analysis and commentary Chev. Draymond has lost the team. People bring up Mirotic and Portis but those guys were the same age, weight and height….Draymond is 13 years older and 40 lbs heavier….that's like laying out your youngest brother….As Stephen Jackson said, "you never hit the little hommies…you just never do that"
Why was Draymond not arrested for felony battery? Instead, he gets a platform to grandstand and talk about leadership and discuss primarily himself, his childhood, what he needs to do, etc. Listen closely and you will not see an ounce of empathy from Draymond … he spoke with absolute confidence and contempt for the audience. No humility, no really concern.
Also notice when asked about how this fight started he stated, "I don't want to discuss this as it could change opinions" .. he said this a couple of times. This is his subtle way of saying "you would take my side if you knew the full story". In other words, he does not believe he did anything wrong.
These are hallmarks of a psychopath, no ability to experience empathy yet a desire to talk about yourself.

NBA CHEV, he’s not a leader. There’s no such thing as an emotional leader. A leader can’t be emotional that’s like Water & Oil. Draymond reminds me of those bad ass kids in school that was given a job by the teacher to make him tolerable for the class environment 😒
That's why I F with chev this is just not a basketball channel, but life lessons are given. Your 100% on point with what you said. A lot of apologies are fake. I had a young lady in my life that always says sorry. Over time I came to realize that her apologies were insincere, and fake. Be aware of a woman that keeps apologizing.
Crazy thing is…. I dont think they're gonna get rid of green or Poole.
This is way beyond apologies and repair. Draymond 's Finals performance along with this new incident just made it easier for the Warriors to get deals done with Poole and Wiggins. Too many fires the Warriors had to put out because of Draymond. Wiggins is the better version of what Draymond is to their system. The shred of leverage that he had in contract negotiations went up in smoke. It's a wrap. Draymond must go as soon as possible.

I'm with you Chev. The thing I hate the most about how Draymond is handling this situation is it seems to me like he tries to downplay what happened and make it seem like he ain't liable with his actions clocking a fcking teammate. Thats a big fckin deal. And he has a certain level of arrogance in his tone that sounds like if it wasnt for that video being publicized he wouldnt have cared about it. It destroys chemistry for this season and thats why his ass needs to be traded, suspended multiple games, such and such. He acted like knocking out a teammate wasn't as serious as people think OR the video angles and shit show a different perspective and make it look worse lol. Like WHAT? Its already bad as it is and his body language shows he knew he fcked up but he still tryna play the part and mask it like he isnt responsible for what he did. He got problems finding a new place for him because this yhing will forever haunt him in his career and this will forever be on people's minds.

Hand over the popcorn folks! …The NBA has become more entertaining than your favourite soap opera or any of those "Real Housewives of…" shows! The drama seems to be spreading throughout the league from some of the top teams. I just hope that our Raptors Organization is above all this type of BS and that it never lowers itself to this level of childish behaviour. The way Americans are so sue happy, I'm really surprised there hasn't been any criminal charges laid or a civil suit. That video is such an open and shut case, that I'm surprised JP's lawyers aren't begging him to sue DG. That said, I think fans and BB organizations have a relatively short memory for this type of stuff. If they did, Bobby Portis and the Morris twins wouldn't still be active players. Give it a few months, all will be forgotten…wait & you will see what I mean. GS can't afford DG and JP along with all the other high profile players on their team. Let's face it JP's contribution and ceiling are much higher than DG's. So even if this hadn't happened, I think you would've seen the Warriors trade DG before letting him go for nothing.
I just hope this incident doesn't change Poole excitement and passion for the game. His personality and antics on the court is part of why fans like him. Shit like this could change a person.
If I was Jordan Poole there is no bloody way I'll let Draymond slide with that shit. It's either him or me that got to go! If not, I'm throwing hands everyday in practice disrupting the entire gym vibe and team chemistry until upper management is forced to make a decision.
And we all know Jordan Poole is the one who the Warriors want to keep because Klay and Steph are headed towards their twilight years. Draymond is just an average role player who happened to be on the right team at the right time. Steph and Klay are HIS legacy….

This offseason really proves that the Raptors are easily the best run franchise in the NBA, before this in my opinion they were only rivaled by the Golden State Warriors, Boston Celtics, San Antonio Spurs or the Miami Heat. Our coach isn't a sex fiend, our players don't physically assault each other, we actually have NBA talent. The heat might be able to give us a run for our money but I'd take Nick Nurse, Uijiri Pascal and Scottie over Pat Riley, spoelstra Jimmy and Bam.
