Don’t really understand “tanking” in the nba. Even at best (highest odds), don’t you only have a 14% chance of landing the top pick? I don’t think it’s worth it to just go after a 14% chance for 1 player. Where as it makes a lot more sense in the NFL where the order is directly determined by W/L record.
If you wanna rebuild. Fine. Then call it that. But if you wanna tank for the specific reason of getting Victor then I’d say you’re probably gonna be disappointed
