Draymond’s Mom: “That wasn’t a Sucker punch. Dray didn’t aggressively go to Poole. His hands were down. Man to Man you go over to talk (to ask what’s up, what you say)! Got shoved and reacted.. End of story!”

I’m not sure what point she’s trying to make or why she capitalized Sucker punch. Draymond claimed the video made him look worse, because of the lack of audio. It seems like they’re trying to downplay the severity of the situation.

“Draymond didn’t aggressively go to Poole”. LOL.

People taking sides and being public about it. This drama isn’t ending anytime soon

Going out on a limb here, but I think Draymond’s Mom is a bit biased

Lmfao this punch story is comedy at this point. let’s wait for Poole’s mom response 😂

  4. SiX_Paths-Madara

This doesn’t help the whole Draymond is sorry ish or at least he should tell his mother to delete this asap and her views do not reflect his

  5. Shade_Raven

Lmao he literally closed a like 10ft gap to be the aggressor

  6. Draymond really is the type of dude only a mother can love

    > That wasn’t a sucker punch

    Yes it was

    > Dray didn’t aggressively go to Poole

    Yes he did

    > His hands were down

Don’t need your hands to aggressively walk over, intentionally bump someone, and yell in their face

    > Man to Man

    Debatable

    > You go over to talk (to ask what’s up, what you say)!

Note the inclusion of an exclamation point, the exclusion of caring for personal space, and the lack of addressing the situation in a calm and reasonable manner

    > Got shoved and reacted

Yes, but the shove was a reaction to getting in his space, walking over aggressively, bumping him, and likely with every intention of wanting Poole to touch him so he could retaliate in an extremely elevated manner and a way that was way out of proportion to what was appropriate at the time

    > End of story

    Yes, exactly right, a story

  8. bravof1ve

In this house Draymond Green is a hero.

    End of story!

This explains every question I ever had, about Draymond.

The reactions we’ve seen from the Warriors, including Kerr, have been sad. This reaction by his mom is just sad.

Poole literally had his arms hands down when Draymond punched him. How tf can you defend that.

Also the shove by Poole was a reaction to Draymond aggressively getting in his space. Was totally justified

Warriors trying to do everything possible to put this fire out and Draymond’s mom is coming over with a tank of gasoline to “help”

  12. DeStupak

Draymond’s Mom: “That wasn’t a kick in the Nuts. Dray didn’t aggressively flail at Adams. Balls to Balls you go for banging (to dominate the post position)! Got provoked and reacted… End of Adam’s fertility”

  13. reddits_creepy_masco

Poole obviously headbutted Draymond’s fist. /S

    Every time I hear:

    “…not how I was raised…”

    “…raised better than that…”

    “…not in my character…”

    “…that’s not who I am…”

I expect wet and steaming BS.

  14. DynamixRo

Good thing Poole reacted with just a shove instead of trying to land the first punch, otherwise who knows what Draymond would’ve considered an adequate response to that kind of escalation.

This definitely informs where he got his attitude from.

  17. fitdaddybutlessnless

sheesh. Tweeter should have an age limit. Like from 30 until 30 and one day. That’s it, one day to say your bullshit online. Social media is cancer, but grandma coming to defend her bully of a son on tweeter is just…. geesus

  18. you didn’t see what you saw

    – Draymond’s Mom

  19. JonasAlbert84

I hope I never become the kind of parent who blindly defends my kid.

  20. hugesploods

I mean how else would dray be such a bitch if he wasn’t raised by one

  21. Professional-Lie309

No wonder Draymond came out as a violent cunt who cheap shots people when he gets angry.

  22. kush-dynasty

its pretty obvious that draymond wasn’t being the aggressor. he was just trying to defuse the situation by getting close to poole and kiss him. poole just got aggressive and pushed draymond away.

  23. retrograderevolution

Lol. She’s as dumb as her son. I’ll never understand these Moms who act like their son is an angel with years of evidence otherwise. With this kind of accountability it’s no wonder he turned out an asshole. I bet he was raised around all women. He has that bitch made quality.

  24. PEEFsmash

She capitalized Sucker Punch because she’s referring to the Dark-type move introduced in Generation IV. “Sucker Punch has a power of 80. It has a priority of +1, so it is used before all moves that do not have increased priority. If Sucker Punch’s target has selected a physical or special attack and has not yet had a chance to execute its move, Sucker Punch will damage the target; otherwise, Sucker Punch will fail.”

Draymond’s Mom is correct. His punch had a power of 95 (not 80) but more importantly, Poole had not selected a physical or special attack. If it was a Sucker Punch it would have failed. It critically hit, therefore it could not have been a Sucker Punch.

  25. WiffyTheSus

Ok now I understand why Draymond is as dumb as he is.

  26. GumpTheChump

It’s almost like Draymond has never faced consequences for his behaviour. Huh. An absolutely mystery why he behaves like he does.

  27. Listening_Heads

Poole’s dad could kick Dray’s dads ass
