All that means is upside baby! There’s zero chance this team is THAT boring – even Z’s description is full of fun stuff!

I would definitely say we were 29th for last season since we were unwatchable for so much of the year.
I feel like a (probably) bad team that’s young, has likeable guys, and plays fast should be around the high to mid-20’s. 29 is a bit too low imho, but it’s not absurd. We’re (probably) not very good and people don’t tend to care about small market teams that aren’t good.
Also, the Lakers are apparently in the top 10. Maybe the angle is that they’ll be an even more hilarious dumpster fire with Lebron and Russ yet another year past their primes?

Sounds about right for outside observers.
For myself though (and probably many others), I feel like this will be one of the more fun seasons to watch and follow with our young guys and new direction (flexibility, youth, and draft capital). We’ll enjoy the successes of our young guys and cope with the failures by thinking about lottery odds.

Figured we’d be ahead of the Spurs just based on Haliburton’s watchability, but I won’t lose any sleep over it. lol

I’m just hoping everyone has fun, and remains great friends.

Okay real talk, are we actually trying to tank? Wenbenyama is looking like one of the best prospects since Lebron. Surely the Pacers would want a shot at that? If they decide to be that bad to get a high % draft selection, it would make our season pretty miserable to watch. IDK, I just see zero upside to being competitive this year. Grow the young guys with some experience but there is no reason at all to attempt a playoff push this year.

Sorry to derail. Pacer fan no longer in Midwest. Is there a way to watch the pacers without paying $84794716374758?
