Posting the whole video for context

A Russell Westbrook clip where he’s seen away from another huddle is making the rounds.

If you peep the entire video, though, Russ was with his Lakers teammates at the start. 👀

Lol like 5 threads about this and it ends up being completely out of context. Surprise surprise lol

  2. It’s not really that big of a deal, but is it that hard to just join in the huddle when literally all your other teammates are involved?

In totality the thing is even going back to the And 1 huddle when russ was at the block and pat bev was huddling everyone up.

Even if he was talking to the ref or didn’t notice this team has a magnifying glass.

Minnesota game from last week look Russ is sitting 2 seats down from Lebron and the people not playing… 30 minutes later there’s a video of them all on the bench laughing and Joking with the caption “What they ain’t gonna show you”.

People are looking for “TOLD YOU SO’S” rather then looking like he’s checked out half the time. Considering what went down over the summer he just has to look engaged and not like he’s trying to distance himself from everyone else.

If AD and Pat Bev was in a timeout huddle having a disagreement about a switch or a defensive rotation no one is gonna look at it as anything other than sorting something out. If Russ and Pat Bev was doing it it’s gonna cause a stir even if it’s not a big deal providing context of their history “omg look they are beefing”.

He’s there for player introductions you know when your name and number gets called but he doesn’t join the team huddle right after and just leaves

Bruh Russ really got us analyzing pre game antics, just end this mess already so we can move on

I cant accept this. This doesnt fit my narrative.

  6. Nijee302

He wants out so let’s just trade him now before things get worse

Holy fuck. You just caused cystic acne amongst the twelve year olds here since this doesn’t fit their narrative. In all honesty though, there’s something definitely up between Lebron and Russ almost like grown man passive aggressive sexual tension.

  8. EnergyFax

I think the Pat Bev video was enough to show how toxic he is, this video is insignificant context or no context.

  9. AJnthewood

He’s also the only one not wearing the entire warmup so he stands out

  10. Scumbag hottake artists trying to push narratives are the reason I’ve largely stopped consuming sports journalism.

Did you see Handy come over and talk to him at the end?

He was pointing back at the team huddle.

Russ is gone. He knows it.

Who gives a fuck!!! Imagine thinking this will change anything as if they don’t have a whole season full of reasons to move him already. They will move him if they get the right deal, if not, he’s staying. They aren’t sending those 2 picks to Indy, they would have done that already.

  13. WinterCareful8525

This has been his warm up routine for years now.lol.

  14. Halloway92

Does Brick think he’s going to be a starter again after this season? This guy is absolutely delusional and is already ruining team chemistry. I think he knows he won’t be a starter this year, and he shouldn’t.

  15. Character_Safety_519

He’s being introduced in the starting lineup at the beginning, then leaves when the huddle starts. How does this change anything?

  16. datboicrazy24

If this has been his routine then it’s nothing to worry about. If it bothered the team I’m sure they would’ve asked him to be apart of the pregame huddle.

Now during the game brushing off Pat when he’s grouping everyone up, that isn’t how you develop chemistry.

  17. black-rhombus

Oh it was the introduction. Russ was the first one called so he was just ready to get going.

This is like pareidolia. People seeing things that aren’t there.
