Looking through this long ass list of fines, there’s some absolute gems. Back in 2020 during the bubble he got a $50,000 fine for tampering when he said on TNT that Devin Booker needed to leave Phoenix and join a winning team. [These were his exact words which prompted the fine:](https://www.espn.com/nba/story/_/id/29628273/draymond-green-gets-50000-tampering-fine-saying-devin-booker-leave-suns)
> “Get my man out of Phoenix. It’s not good for him. It’s not good for his career. They gotta get Book out of Phoenix. I need my man to go somewhere where he can play great basketball all the time and win because he’s that type of player.”
Let’s not forget his $35,000 fine in 2019 for “making statements on social media which impugned the integrity of NBA officiating” after the Warriors lost 130-131 in OT @ Minnesota in a game marred by questionable refereeing decisions by Marat Kogut. Draymond went on Twitter and put out two tweets in quick succession. The first simply said “TD” while the other said “MK.” Just four letters in total. Despite being fined for these tweets, both of them are still actually on Dray’s page:
TD

MK

The NBA claim he was bringing up Tim Donaghy and comparing him to Marat Kogut, but I think Draymond was just hitting up Tim Duncan to play Mario Kart.

they prob didn’t even fine him lol
The maximum fine without a suspension is 50K.
Given how the Warriors have handled this, that’s a bold assumption.
That Minnesota game on 3/29/19 is what birthed the hot stove contact meme. Josh Okogie [hit Curry in midair while he sunk a three](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KCRiVkFkJIM) but somehow there was no whistle. The Last Two Minute report doubled down on it by calling it “hot stove contact.” [Curry responding by wearing an oven mitt to the following game.](https://i.imgur.com/E5KNene.jpg)

The money goes to charity and then he gets a tax write off.
Super reckless
That’s a big assumption considering how hard the Warriors org tried to bury it at the start, shift focus from the incident to the leak once the video came out, and then didn’t elaborate at all on the punishment afterward beyond “we fined him but aren’t suspending him but he’s totally willingly taking a few days off.”
God damn.
Besides Simmons, has anyone paid more in fines than Draymond?
Pretty fucked up that Draymond got suspended and fined $120k for arguing with Durant but escaped a suspension for violently assaulting someone.
That’s….not fine….
probably the fine was he had to buy a $50 gift card for Poole only redeemable at the Chase Center gift shop
Common Draymond W
Jokes aside, this dude needs anger management.
One superstar spends 1 million USD on their body. The other spends it on other people’s bodies.
A millionaire, a million where?
I hated Draymond mostly due to his face but damn Uve got to respect it
I was always a fan of Mark Cuban donating an equal amount to his fines from the league to charity. It would be cool if he did this too, but obviously Draymond does not have Cuban level money.
Have the fines stayed the same in the NBA even though the average salary has increased astronomically?
Unless the fines are adjusted accordingly, players dont care.
League should have an official fine named after anyone w over a mil in fines.
E.g. The Draymond Green Kicking Fine
“I was the only one to take off my skate and try to stab someone.”
~~Happy Gilmore~~ Draymond Green
Anyone got stats on who has the most fines financially?
