I thought we’d go 2-5, the boys have stepped up against tough opponents.

If you told me before the season that we’d be 4-3 after this stretch I’d be very content.
But fuck, hard to not be annoyed at the fact we should be 5-2 or 6-1. We should not have lost the Nets game and with no Embiid we should have beat Philly.
Ah well, I’ll take 4-3. Lets go on a nice run with the easier schedule

now our schedule is spurs, mavs, bulls x2, rockets, thunder, pacers, pistons
i think we’ll be 9-6 with losses to Mavs, split the Bulls, and lose to the Pistons again.

Only one of those losses was really out of hand, one of them Barnes left the game early and it was still close

No one said we’d get worse but they expected the competition around us to get much better. That said, only the Bucks and Celtics are way ahead in the East IMO. We’re around the same level as Cleveland and Philly and Atlanta.

As a lifelong Chiefs fan – Don’t be cocky like this lol. Up tell tbe Patrick Mahomes era, we all just kept our mouths shut lol. Okay, I believe in weird football and basketball “knock on wood” kind of rules lol. Anyways, who actually said the Raptors would be worse. I saw most people predicting them ss a playoff team and for Scottie Barnes to improve. Problem is we are probably a 4-5 seed with a second round out being the msot likely ceiling, but..if Pascal keeps playing like he’s played so far…hmm see hope is a dangerous thing lol
