    He was in act of catching the ball when he took the two steps then he planted his foot and took another step to make the shot.

    Idk if it was intentional but I think Jerami directed ayton by moving his body away from where the ball was really headed towards. Cause how you loose track of the ball like that. Maybe I’m giving Jerami too much credit for aytons mess up.

    The nba reported the travel on bridges was a wrong call that gave Portland the ball back and this play was ruled incorrectly and should have been called a travel

    3 steps, so it's a travel….but if Giannis can take 4 steps from halfcourt to the hoop and it's not a travel, then this is not a travel

    He did not have control of the ball(=catch the ball) when he was stepping back. When he had control of the ball with two hands, he took 2 steps and made a clean shot. Y'all who says it's a travel are just mad that the suns lost to blazers and probably should go get your eyes checked fr💀💀

    1. He was fouled by Ayton
    2. A 1-handed grab is not definitive possession
    3. His 2 steps were all he had, after a slight shove ( Kawhi hit the same kind of runner, over Embiid)
    4. But Luka can spin, hop, fake and elevate off his pivot 🤣
    5. LeBron been allowed 3-4 steps, for the last decade

    For all you arm chair refs out there saying this was clean.. the league office said this, "the NBA retroactively ruled that Grant should’ve been called for traveling as a review showed that Grant “gathers the ball with one hand and then takes three steps before releasing the shot attempt.”

    So guess you should stop flaming those of us that said he traveled and, as a few of you suggested, "learn the game"..

    Did the clock start late? I watched and the clock was still not moving when he first touched the ball and in one second that type of shoot is not possible.
