They don't have a shot at all, irrespective of him being healthy. His "vaunted" rim protection is not stopping Giannis, and he would get stuffed at the rim consistently by better centers. 2nd round exit team.
They need to make sure RW is full healthy to make his return.

Boston has a great record considering the last coach was let go for nonsense and the team hasn't been focused like they were under him they are under new coach who teaches more offense than defense which is good but also you got to consider that Robert Williams isn't playing right now and also the bench isn't even lined up yet as soon as they get healthy completely possible win this year they have plenty to win

Yup. Timelord is The Answer. And Smart's just starting to come alive now. All upside. Their depth is unreal and can all switch and shoot and have experience and are focused. Second string, with Brogdon, is rivaling the first string in terms of Effectiveness. Timelord is The Answer. Couldn't add a better guy on and off the court than him to that mix. Healthy Rob makes a Dynasty and sick matchups against the Bucks and the West for many years to come.

I dont think they necessarily NEED rob to win. He DEF will make them better but i think they could still win without him.
this is a defense based on reads…when to switch, stay home, scram somebody out etc. that means its dependent on chemistry n everybody being on the same page. with rob out joe is discovering what scheme wrks best for them. once he does, they'll have to develop the chemistry around it. they do these things and the defense will be good enough to win a championship. Al Kornet n Tatum provide enough rim protection to get it done.
Al n Grant n guard giannis as well as anybody can. bucks are old and i don't rly trust anyone but giannis on that team. Jrue is not even a great defensive matchup for Cs best scorers. He's always been inconsistent offensively. Middleton doesn't get to the rim enough to reliably create for others. He does ok in pnr with giannis but Cs can scheme for that especially w/o any other real threats out there. Khris kinda lives n dies by the contested jumper.
embid, for some reason im just not worried abt. He doesnt punish doubles n gets worn down at end of games especially in playoffs. Harden chokes. Their backcourt cant gaurd anybody.
Cleveland is the biggest threat to exploit Cs lack of depth upfront. They just beat the Cs twice. I just think the chemistry around guarding pnr will improve and Cs will find a way to slow mitchell n garland. As good as their bigs are they are not enough of an offensive threat to rly punish Cs (outside of offensive rebounds). Cavs don't have wings to guard this team either.
I'd take Cs to come out of the east as presently constructed. All they have to do is gang rebound, guard their yard on the perimeter, and have the jays (n brogdon now) continue to get downhill n put pressure on the rim consistently. Offensively they already look way better than they did when they led the league in offensive rtg second half of last yr. All these things are very doable and theyre hungry to get back.
When Rob gets back healthy it'll be a sure thing.

He can be one of the answers, he can't do the paint alone. C's needs to add add more size let alone Rob will be back from an injury. Go get Boogie, he can be a solid backup.

We need a defensive minded big to back him up as well. Conley could develop to be a great backup for Rob if he thinks defense more than rebounding. I’m biased but I’m not blind this team right now is gonna need a 1-10 lineup that they feel comfortable going to at least on the defensive side of the ball. Then we’ll be golden
(Just based off the tittle) I'll say they could probably get to the finals without Big Rob but I don't think they could win the finals without an healthy Rob
