Slater and a few other reporters mentioned he was clanking everything in pregame warmups during the 2 month shooting slump last season. I still think he had some sort of injury, he couldn’t make open 3s and layups for half the season.

I’ve always said it and I’ll say it again, Steph will always be more impressive to me than most superstars. They get the benefit of being physical specimens so they can get to the line and get easier layups and dunks. Long-distance shooting is so precise and variant in nature that doing it at this level, this long is far more impressive to me.
