The Philadelphia 76ers are the worst rebounding team in the history of the NBA. We play players who can’t jump and get out rebounded by a million. Tobias Harris can’t rebound. Joel Embiid had 0 offensive rebounds vs the Hawks. The Sixers are not good.

  1. While I do agree you need the personnel to rebound successfully, rebounding is most certainly a “want” as well… if they emphasize rebounding and wanted to actually rebound the ball then they would do better, dudes just lazy and Doc is an old geezer #BlackBrettBrown

  2. I hear you DJ.. I skipped a date with a Brazillian girl for that bullshit of a game and i’ve never been so mad at this team. I might not watch anything until the play-offs.. that’s if we make the play-offs. The Kings low key looks like a far better team.

  3. Rebounding is definitely about attitude but also technique, boxing out etc. If the assistant coaches are trying to preach these fundamentals, great, but if the players don't apply the principles, then it's on them. Also you got something you can't teach, height. Sixers are very small, especially in frontcourt. They need size and height. What would I do at this point, I would have Tucker move to his accustomed role off the bench, and use Reed as a energy guy, rebounder. That way you have a bigger body to cover when Embiid can't protect the rim. Problem is Reed gets into foul trouble. Harris is just decent as a rebounder and Thybulle and Korkmaz can't rebound. It's a major problem. When Embiid commits to be a post player, he grabs double digit boards, but when he shoots fadeaway threes and relies on his midrange jumpers then he is ineffective as an offensive rebounder. Don't know if he will ever stop the guard handles and playing like a small forward but whatever.

  4. Charles bassey avg 6 rebounds off the bench for the spurs. It’s almost like we had him on this team and wasn’t playing him

  5. Charles Bassey had some good numbers today. Would've been useful if rivers used him.
