Next season is a contract year for HAYES (mid season or end of season contract). Where he will be able to get 16-20million per season, the following 4-5years. While he hot i say trade him, as he is to inconsistent. But if he keep being consistent through now -and by mid next season i say give him a contract extension. But if we wait he may go back into the slums where he was most of the 2-3yrs he was here.
Hays is playing great right now give him a chance a lot of piston fans are to impatient !!
I've wanted him gone for a while but he's really really improving. All I needed to see was improvement and you could argue he got worse

I was almost ready to give up on kill right before cade went down, but i never wavered on his ceiling with everything else he can do. Retain killian is my opinion. At the end of the day, it is a business.

You two talk like fools about trading Killian. Like I keep saying, he can keep this team moving when Cade and Ivey get hurt. I'm glad the Pistons saw his value and kept him. All you guys keep talking about is his shooting while the coaching staff wants him to keep playing lock down defense and keep the offense running and if his shooting get better that's a plus. You don't cut off your nose to spite your face.
Why would we want to trade Killian now that he is starting to play better and Cade is hurt? If he develops into the player we think he can the Pistons would have something with Cade, Ivey, and Killian.
Killian Value will raise because some team is going to land Victory Wembenyama and The French Connection
Glad you stuck up for Killian Anthony. People forget how much you have defended him over the last three seasons. I remember watching you Detroit Drew and 313 JMO. You always defended Killian and preached. he was being used wrong.

The pistons have fucked Saddiq Bey. Bojan is balling RIGHT NOW but what about next year or however many years he has left in the tank. Same with Burks, I like both Bojan and Burks However they don't meet the time line for this young team. I would rather have Burks than CJ.
