How Damian Lillard & Anfernee Simons led the Portland Trail Blazers past the Minnesota Timberwolves

The Portland Trail Blazers beat the Minnesota Timberwolves on Saturday night in Portland. Damian Lillard scored 36 and Anfernee Simons added 31 as the backcourt duo keyed the win.

It was an offensive onslaught and the defense did just enough late to push the Blazers over the top. That might be the formula for Portland right now.
