Based on what’s happened thus far, both RAPTOR and Elo predict the Cavs to finish 3rd in the East with a 48-34 record and an 89% of making the playoffs and 2-3% of winning the finals.
How would we feel about that? Just right or too low/high based on what you’ve seen thus far?

I think that’s a pretty good prediction with how they’ve played so far. The team is very good, but needs some major improvement to be title contenders.
pretty spot on for how the season is shaping up thus far. shit could always change but I don’t think anyone is mad about that.
Seems about right. Milwaukee and Boston both have a leg up on us
no,we will be no 2.
3rd seed would be frickin sick. And it’s absolutely attainable. There’s no shame in not being on the same level as MIL and BOS right now, but separating ourselves from the likes of the nets, 6ers etc would tickle my jimmies. Go cavs, love you cavs
These don’t factor in the addition of Rubio to the lineup.
538 basically has no model for growth for young players. Young teams are always being underestimated.
It’s just not that interesting of a model, IMO.
