As for the game against the Kings, Nick needs to play Delano, he will need that speed, maybe even through Dowtin in there. A bit frustrating that the bench though depleted can give you something. The Kings are doing well, none of these teams are scared of who they face, so games are not as easy to call at least not at this point of the season. Then again it may be a good thing that the Raps go through these problems now, and go on a stretch. Everyone knows what is expected of them, from Masai to the towel person. Might be time to hook up all the single guys, let them get some steam off, and relax them, lol.
Raps can't shoot from the outside (6-25 3FG / 30-75 FG) & Flynn sits with only 10 players dressed. Raps have been in Orlando since Thursday & played both games like they are on vacation. OG was limping around with a bad hip on Friday and NN runs him into the ground (44 mins) then he doesn't play on Sunday. NN coaches every game like it is a playoff game rotation wise. Nurse started as a shooting coach, and the organization thought it could teach anyone to shoot. It worked with Norm, Delon and OG. It's not working anymore. This team will regret passing on Bane (in favour of Flynn) for the next 10 years.
This is what happens when issues from last season were not addressed. Lack of shooting, need of a reliable backup at PG, more productive bench, capable rim protector – keep talking about the same things over and over.
Almost every single NBA team is dealing with injuries that's why a coach should play his bench early in the season in order to see what player combinations best work in real game time. Can't burn your starters out early as the season is a marathon not a sprint. Now, with the Raptors resembling a M.A.S.H. unit early in the season NN still refuses to play a certain bench player even while rotation players are hobbling around on the court and having outside shot making consistency issues. Opposing point guards are consistently blowing past FVV like a gust of wind 🌬.

Please, I beg you, don’t further hurt our beloved players to sustain over 40 minutes, that won’t last. In the meantime, we don’t have any expectations that Raptors could beat any other teams. So be brave to run those young and energetic guys on the bench, there still a long road to go.
the idea of "hanging in there until the cavalry comes back" is a lil…interesting. the raps have been generally healthy for a lil while now and still haven't played well. i think there's a bigger issue at hand if precious and otto are who you're waiting on for saving, especially with the schedule coming up, which is looking pretty rough

We have to Trade Fred VanVleet while he is in his prime since Fred all star he never came back the same and he is getting worst I say pull the trigger. When Fred was sidelined we play the best basketball 🏀 blowing out teams Fred came back Gary Trent fall off and out of the starting lineup while coming off the bench still the best offensive player on the raptors. Last year we were 13-17 at this point, and what was the reaction from the millennial fanbase, " trade Pascal, fire NN, tank tank tank" and how did we end up. This year its the same thing but insert fvv. It takes time to rebuild , jesus how long has Sacramento and orlando been rebuilding, detroit same thing, how long did philly invest in the process and they still haven't won anything. My biggest issue with this team they play down to competition, and NN needs to utilize some bench guys, and stop playing iso, but the players have to pass, when og, gtj chris boucher get the ball they don't look to pass. Fvv looked better last game, he played off ball most of the 3 quarters. 27 rebounds is not enough for a team that needs rebounds to get on the break, we knew the team wasnt grea att shooting. I miss yuta and i miss Norm tbh. We need to get a little win streak now, get some swagger back.
