Markelle Fultz was just electric against the Hawks tonight. The Magic have won four in a row. Fultz may be the single defining factor for that. He guarded Trae Young well, who shot just 6-14. 4 steals for Fultz is excellent too.
He is not a joke anymore.

Not even surprised. Even without a 3, he has a great bag of moves, incredibly shifty, and a great athlete. Natural point guard vision to orchestrate an offense.
Rooting for the guy. I remember he went through a lot when he lost his ability to shoot the ball and the criticism he got in Philly. He’s only 24 and is showing a lot of potential. Hopefully he can string together a couple of seasons with 60+ games played.
There’s gonna be a few inevitable comments along the lines of “Rooting for the guy, he might become a decent role player in the league if he stays healthy”.
Fultz has BEEN that. I don’t see any reason that him starting won’t be analogous to winning basketball. He has his flaws, but it’s hard for people who don’t watch the Magic to understand just what an impact he makes
I could see fultz eventually having a career like Ilgauskas… injury riddled first few years, then just bangs out 75-80 games every year as a high level starter on a contender.
