The Jazz really need to trade Mike Conley. His minutes need to go to the more dynamic players, Sexton and Alexander-Walker. Clarkson, Markkanen, Beasley, and Kessler are absolute no trades. Clarkson is really the only guy, along with maybe Sexton, who can create his own shot, so the Jazz can't trade him unless Ainge really wants to tank.
