Wiki has the Lakers as the 3rd most valuable franchise as of Oct 2022 behind the Nicks and Warriors. The Cowboys are worth more than the Patriots which are worth more than the Rams. Colin should speak like he has a national audience.

It’s sports. Lakers are losing. Warriors have a dynasty. Obviously warriors ratings better. Dodgers have been winning at an exceptional rate. This doesn’t change the fact that the Lakers are the biggest team in basketball as the Yankees are in baseball as the Cowboys are in football. They just need to win. When they lose, yeah no one watches them. That’s how sports work. It’s about having an old underperforming team. NBA has a salary cap anyway. This guy never knows what he’s talking about.

Reaves, Brown, Nunn, Gabriel, Jones, Christie, JTA. These are solid-effort, LOW-ceiling players. Minus LBJ, AD, they got smoked by PHX who looked like they were pulling their punches and still won by 26.

McVay is done in LA. Why the fuck would you want to coach that team? Stafford is finished, he might retire. AD wanted to retire last year. Ramsey has not been good this year. Kupp tore ACL. McVay has no elite players. No depth. It’s a complete rebuild. They are a max 6-7 win team next year. It’s a bad roster. He should and will leave.
There are too many people in the Lakers front office (ie. Rambi, Pelinka, Jeanie Buss, her brothers and Phil Jackson) which makes them indecisive. And their job security is being friends of Jeannie.
