Sochan: “When I’m shooting it with one hand my elbow is in tight. When I set my guide hand, my elbow kind of drifts out. So that’s what we’re trying to emphasize.”
Said he’s gonna keep doing it going forward..

It’ll be really entertaining to watch him commit to the one hand free throw the rest of the season and then shoot 70% doing it
Tbh, this is the type of mindset I love to see and hear from our guys. He doesn’t give a damn bout looking silly. All he cares about it getting better and that’s one of the biggest contributor to one’s success.
